中國醫學科學院、北京協和醫學院整形外科醫院外耳整形再造二科是以外耳先天畸形或后天缺損的修復再造、瘢痕整形為特色，同時開展各類整形美容手術的特色?？?。?？茡碛幸恢Ы涷炟S富、工作細心的專業化技術團隊。經過三代人孜孜不倦的努力耕耘，?？菩纬闪艘詡€性化耳再造為核心理念，擁有了一套能夠穩定獲得理想效果的外耳再造核心技術體系，以及外耳再造、聽力重建和半面短小的聯合治療方案，再造的耳部形態真實，豎立穩定，有溫度有感覺，并可同期提高聽力功能，達到國際領先水平。?？谱猿闪⒁詠?，手術病人的數量不斷增加，規模不斷擴大，已成為在我國外耳整形與再造等領域技術實力雄厚、治療手段多樣、手術效果好，病人數量多，影響力大的特色?？?。
學科擁有一支老中青結合的高素質醫療團隊，共有醫生8人，其中7人具有博士學位，主任醫師教授1名，副主任醫師1名，主治醫師5名，培養博士、碩士研究生15人。年手術3000余臺次，治療小耳畸形患者800余人次。近年來獲科在國內核心期刊發表論文約30余篇、在SCI收錄論文約20余篇，其中國際知名雜志Nat Commun 1篇，國際整形權威雜志PRS 4篇；獲得國家自然基金委資助項目7項，發明專利1項，主編專著1部，參與編寫專著和教材4部，獲國家科技進步三等獎1項，省部級科技進步一等獎1項。
